Radiology
Radiodiagnosis is the stage of visualization and study of dental radiographs
and of establishing a diagnosis based on them. At this stage, the patient is explained radiological images and is helped to understand his condition.
In recent years, digital radiology has grown a lot, providing more complex and complete information than analog (on film) radiology. In addition, the radiation dose by this process decreased by over 90%, thus avoiding both prolonged exposures to X-rays and chemicals used in analogue radiology.
The interpretation of a radiological film requires a series of theoretical knowledge regarding the local anatomy, as well as clinical practical experience that helps the doctor to anticipate the evolution of the disease.
At the base of any quality dental treatment is at least a digital dental x-ray. With the expertise in dental radiology of our staff, we have the opportunity to interpret any dental radiography and establish a correct diagnosis.
